Being & Staying Mindful

Taking mindful sip of coffee, standing in front to the window and looking at the rain, it’s kind of beautiful day. Yes beauty comes with many definition as many concepts we have for as human. A month ago, maybe everything was different, I never thought to have that mindful cup of coffee with the pleasant sensations to feel the breath around me. We were so much occupied with to do list, everyone was kind of running, moving, working, and making the everyday task, a bit fast and hurry. The people who were driving everyday so many miles were wishing that they should have a break and, and wished not to traveled in certain days. The running car noises around us were making us unable to hear the nature voice. Meeting and eating at restaurants were everyday job, and some days we did wished to cook at home and enjoy some self-cooked food as healthy break. Working on the office chair, much time we wished to have some large sofa to lay down for a while to restart things again. Sending kid’s school every morning, we wished, no to do so for few days. Some long working hours in offices, we wished to have a break and spend some quality time with family and friends. Running for daily task accomplishment we wished to have a break to do self-reflection. Many people had complained that they can’t find time to do exercise, even when have time, can’t find right place to do so. So overall this last months have turned our life style in the to new dimension so review, re-connect, re- constructs and realize what we are and what and how we supposed to do. Being mindful is great blessing. We can start doing it right now. Staying connected with your present can heal, the parts of past, which can be rephrase and re-frame, can deal more effectively the apprehension of the future, what’s going to happen, everyone can speculate, but being present can help us to be more wise with relevant choices to make and plan things. Mindfulness you can start looking at the things as it is happening, what is happening, how is happening, and how it is necessary to look at things. Just feel the way you are, don’t ablaze yourself, just accept the way you are, don’t interpret it with others opinions definitely a skill, which we can start practicing. Being aware and mindful, we can plan and work things more productively. Time is always counting, days bring nights, nights bring days. Nothing is permanent, as long as you stared to live in the moment. You will appreciate yourself for the time you have, and how effectively you can utilize it, it’s your choice. Just take deep breath, inhale as deeply as you can, hold as long as you can, and then exhale as much as you can. You have the freedom to choose what you want to focus. Stay focused and present is important thing, which can be learned through staying mindful.
